Easy Red Eye Removal using Layers
Load the photo you want to mamipulate,
go to Layer tab on the top menu,
select New, Layer click on ok
Now go to the Layers tab on the side row of tool bars go to the Layers Tab
select the drop down beside Normal and change to Color,
select Opacity and change to 85%
select Fill and select 85%,
now go to the eye that has red eye and
click on the Eye Dropper
select the darkest spot of the eye that isn’t red,
Paint it over the eye. If you want the eye to be a little darker you can paint over the eyes twice.
Now do the other eye if needed
select the Layer Tab on the top menu again
select Merge Down.
Your red eye should be fixed at this point and you can make any other adjustments you would like.
